When do you start leasing for the upcoming school year?

We start leasing in October.


How does my group go about leasing an apartment?

We have a quick application form to be completed by each tenant and submitted to our office for approval.  Once the applications are approved, we’ll provide you with a lease for your apartment.  We’ll then hold the apartment for up to 2 weeks so that you can get all required signatures (each tenant and a parent/guardian for each).


Can we pick which apartment we get?

Yes, you may choose from what is available. We don’t assign apartments.


Is there a refundable security deposit?

Yes, we do require one month’s rent as a deposit.


What does my rent include?

Rent includes wi-fi and basic cable through Mediacom. Utilities are not included and are separately metered. Parking in a City of Columbia parking garage is generally available through us at our cost.


Are the apartments furnished?

No furniture. We provide kitchen appliances, clothes washer/dryer, and smart tv.


Can I tour the apartment(s) I’m interested in?

Yes. You’ll need to provide a few dates and times that your group is available so that we can schedule something with the current tenants.
